The most vitaminized broth

  • It is nutritious, tasty, comforting,  and very low in sodium!

  • Use it in the preparation of your soup, sauce and rice recipes.

Use:  

  • Hot broth to drink: 1 tbsp in 1 cup of hot water 

  • Based  for soup: 1  tbsp per cup of liquid 

  • Base for rice: 1/2 tbsp per cup of liquid* + butter or oil 

  • Base for white sauce: 1 tbsp per cup of milk

  • Base for dill sauce: 1 tbsp per cup of milk + 1  tsp  dill leaves per cup of milk

How was the name created; Golden Spices?

Les Épices d'Or is the name chosen to clearly indicate that the base of the broth I created is made of spices.  selected for their flavor and nutritional value.  Why Gold?  Because the nutritional yeast used looks like gold nuggets  and because it is vegan gold.

Being vegetarians, I designed this broth without animal products, for those like me who want to stay healthy.

Nutritional yeast, gold!

Yeast is rich in vitamins  B, among others the B6 and the famous B12,  essential in a vegan diet. It is also a good source of fiber and amino acids. Pregnant women can perfectly consume yeast during their pregnancy, because the nutrients it contains (especially folic acid, also called B9) are essential for the proper development of the fetus.
