Broth

Hot broth to drink: 1 tbsp. in 1 cup of boiling water.

Soup: 1/2 tbsp. per cup of liquid

Rice: 1/2 tbsp per cup of liquid + butter or oil

White sauce: 1/4 . tbsp per cup of milk

Vegetable dip: 1 tbsp of broth or Dill Dip Mix + 1 cup of sour cream or Greek yogurt.

Salad dressing: 1 tbsp Dill Dip Mix or dry broth + 1/2 cup of oil 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice 1/2 tbsp of dijon mustard, 1/2 tbsp of honey or maple syrup, salt and pepper to taste.

SALMON DILL SAUCE:

1 tbsp of dill dip mix to 1/2 cup of mayonnaise

1/2 lemon juice

Mix well.
(To be a bit more fancy you could also add 1/4 cup parmesan cheese in dill mixture if you like, and sprinkle some crushed cashews on top of dip mixture, once on salmon)

Lightly brush your salmon with your favorite oil

Season it with salt, pepper

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Place salmon filets on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Divide the mayo mixture add a large thick strip on top of filets.

Place in oven and bake for 7-8 minutes or more (depending on how you like your salmon cooked)

Serve immediately.
