Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of Chef J  dry broth
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 large garlic clove chopped very finely
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 lemon (juice)
Salt and pepper to taste

Méthod:
Mix the ingredients vigorously 

Mexican dip

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of dry Chef J broth
1 cup of sour cream 14% 

1/4 cup of  salsa

Method:

Mix all ingredients. Dip your nachos 
The dip can be prepared serveral hours in advance or served immediately

 

Seasoned potatoes

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon dry Chef J broth
4-5 tablespoon of oil (your favorite) 
2 big or 4 medium size potatoes cut in wedges
Salt and pepper to tase

Method: 3 suggestions for cooking
Mix all ingredients
1. Cook in oven at 425 F on a cookie sheet, lined with parchemin paper
2. Cook in aluminium foil tightly closed, in the BBQ
3. Cook in your Airfyer

Tzatziki Sauce, the best

Portion: 25 teaspoons

Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon of dry Chef J dill mix 
1 500ml container of 14% sour cream or 1/2 greek yogourt
1/2 cup grated  cucumbers  squeezed in paper towels (remove water)
1 large gratted garlic clove, 
1 teaspoon of dry basil
1/2 teaspoon of dry oregano
1/2 lemon (juiced)
Salt and pepper to taste (when ready to serve)

Method: Remove all the water you can from the cucumbers. Mix all ingredients. Suggestions: Serve with hot pita bread quarters brushed with oil, or vegetables, or pita sandwhich or with rippled chips.  

 

Dill sauce for salmon or other fish

Time cook: 10-15 minutes depending of thickness

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon dry Chef J dill mix 
1/2 cup of mayonnaise 
1/4 lemon (juice) 
1/4 cup of  parmesan cheese  (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Mix ingredients. Spread a thick stripe of the mix in middle of
salmon, all the way 
Cook at 425 F 10-15 minutes depending of thickness and desired
doness.

Ramen , the basic 

Time preperation: 1 minute
Time cook: 3 -5 minutes

Portion: 1

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of dry Chef J broth
1 package of dry ramen noodles
1 cup of boiling water
Salt and pepper to taste 

Method:
Put ramens in a bowl. Add the dry broth and the cup of boiling water. and cover. Infusue 3 -5 minutes until ramens are soft. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix and serve. Be free to add precooked vegetables. 


 

Rice, the basic

Difficulté: Begginers

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon dry Chef J broth
1 cup of rinced rice 
1 3/4  cup of boiling water

Butter or oil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Boil the water. Remove from heat, add the broth and mix well. 
 Add the rice and mix well. Cover and return to low heat for 15 minutes.  Add a bit of butter or oil and fluff with a fork.
